Dr. Esch graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a B.S. in Zoology in 2001 and then attended Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine (Go Dawgs) where he graduated in 2007. Upon graduation Dr. Esch relocated to the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina where he worked for a multi doctor practice in the Thomasville and Jamestown areas. After a few years of still seeing snow he relocated to central Florida again to work for a multi doctor practice in south Orlando. Dr. Esch founded Lakeridge Animal Hospital in 2018 and it opened a year later. While not working Dr. Esch enjoys golf, tennis, camping, the trails of central Florida, and spending time with his Dachshund Armstrong and his Sphynx, Harry.

Originally from Buffalo NY, Dr Bork moved to Florida shortly after graduating from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. After graduation, she completed a one year internship in southwest Florida and then moved to Clermont where she has been practicing since. Dr Bork has a special interest in internal medicine and clinical pathology. When not working she enjoys visiting the local theme parks.

Melissa was born and raised in Hawaii and now she calls Florida her home. Her passion for animals was instilled at a very young age and she grew up with dogs, a bird, and two Jackson's chameleons. Melissa is the head technician at Lakeridge Animal Hospital. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, the outdoors and hanging out with family and friends.

Kelly has 16 years experience as a veterinary technician who is Fear FreeCertified and has a passion for rescue, especially bully breeds. She has three bullies and one cat of her own.

Jenn has been a veterinary technician for twenty-four years and has transitioned to a customer service representative role. She is a mother oftwo kids and two cats. In her free time she likes attending festivals around town and eating good food.

Kristina has been working in the veterinary field since 2018. Her love and passion for animals began at a very young age but has only grown since working in the field. When not working Kristina enjoys spending time with her cats, reading, traveling and visiting theme parks. 

Heidi is originally from California but now calls Central Florida home. She has over 10 years of experience as a veterinary technician and has 2 rescue dogs, 3 cats, a bearded dragon, a tortoise and a ball python. When not working she enjoys spending time at the theme parks.
